Allison and I met through a moms group that we’re both a part of. She and her siblings wanted to give her parents a photo shoot as a gift so we set it up for an afternoon in November. Little did we know it would be the coldest day of the year so far. It also happened to be her brothers birthday. So, I was all bundled with my coat and hat, but these guys were really troopers. They don’t even look cold! We met up at one of my favorite Doylestown locations, the Mercer Museum. It has some really unique architectural features which are a must when the leaves are gone. Across the street is the Michener Museum so we get a two for one deal here. This family is so beautiful and had some funny stories to tell. I could see they really loved being with one another. Thanks Allison and crew, it was a blast.
I’ve known Marissa for several years and she had mentioned to me a few times that she was interested in having her families photos done. When she contacted me to sign up for one of my mini-sessions I was thrilled. I know we were going to have a ton of fun. We met up at one of our local parks which offered us some beautiful fall scenery and lakeside fun. It was a perfect fall day and was my sincere pleasure to capture this family so full of love and affection for one another. Marissa and Justin, thank you for choosing me!
It’s almost December 1st, which means if you’re planning to do an Advent Calendar, you need to get ready. Last year was the first time we did one and it was one of the highlights of the Christmas Season. I … Continue reading
Oh these guys… they are like family. My kids are their kids are best friends. We have worked together, played together, laughed and cried together, even vacationed together. I have been taking their photos long before I started this business. … Continue reading
So I’ll start this by confessing I am super biased when it comes to this particular cutie pie… she just so happens to be my baby. As it goes, she’s not a baby any more; she’ll be two next month. I couldn’t resist sharing this pumpkin themed mini-session I took of her last year around this time. I love fall and all that this time of year brings. Cooler weather, the smell of autumn, leaves changing colors and pumpkin. I love pumpkin and I know I’m not alone. It’s pumpkin spice mania right now, so I thought I would share of few of my new favorite recipes. Try these Pumpkin Spelt Muffins or this Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate. Let me know how you like them! Enjoy!!
All of my photo shoots are special to me, but some happen to be more special than others. In this case, I’ve known the mother-to-be for 16 years… she is my husbands cousin and I first met Angelina when she was 11 years old. I have had the privilege of seeing her grow-up, graduate from High School, meet her love, get married and become a wonderful step-mom. She has grown into an amazing woman and will be a terrific mom. Last week her baby boy joined our family and we are all so thrilled! So working with Angelina, Christian and Sofia on this fun baseball themed shoot was really a treat for me. Thank you for trusting me to capture this special time in your life. I hope it was all you wanted it to be!

I had the privilege of meeting this beautiful family on an early summer morning. The girls took a while to warm up to me, but once we found the water it was all fun from there. Jacquie and Mark are so much in love, and their girls light up when they’re all together. It was so much fun capturing them playing, laughing and loving on each other. Jacquie and Mark thank you for the opportunity to spend time with you and your family. It was such a blessing!
Last fall I had the wonderful privilege to photograph a family that is very dear to me. They have an amazing heart for adoption and foster care and have been such a blessing to so many children over the years. God placed it on their hearts to adopt again and this time they were blessed with siblings (THREE) from Ethiopia adding to the 4 kids they already had. They had all only been home a few weeks when I met them on a grey fall day, but we made the most of it and the kids had a blast playing in the leaves. They’ve been a family for 6 months now, so I thought it was a good time to finally share their photo session. Michelle and Marco, thank you so much for the opportunity to capture your beautiful family. I’m grateful to be able to call you my friends. ~ M
This was a really exciting shoot for me. Mom was the winner of the Baby Love Giveaway and Baby Lucas was already born when she found out she won. So we hustled to get a shoot set up. As an added surprise, Dad is employed overseas so it was such a blessing to be able to gift this family with a session. Baby Lucas was so cooperative and 3 year old big brother did a great job being quiet while I was there. I love the super manly Army themed decor in the nursery and of course, had to incorporate some camouflage into these pics. Elisa, thanks for letting me into your home and I hope to meet Chris sometime in the future. Hugs and best wishes to you all. Michelle
